Most steel docks require foundation piles to be driven (with a hydraulic hammer) to bedrock where there is enough overburden to provide lateral support of a pile. If not, the pile needs to be secured by drilling into the bedrock and pinning the steel directly to the rock.

Echo Marine Services has a crew of experienced welders and operators to complete any steel dock installation your cottage or home requires.

An alternative to pile driven steel docks are floating steel tubular docks that we design, deliver and install.
